	All games will be played at the District 31 representative field or a field designated by the DA
	Directions to field are posted on District 16 website  - WWW.PADISTRICT16.ORG
	Home team determined by coin toss at beginning of game. Loser of toss determines dugout, 1st or 3rd base.
	District 31 will be the Tournament Director for games.
	In case of rain, The DA and Tournament Director will reschedule the game and time
