Welcome to the Pennsylvania District 16 and District 31
Little League Website. There are 27 Leagues making up the two districts
covering all of Luzerne County, including all communtities in the
Wyoming Valley, Back Mountain, Mountain Top,
Northwest Area and Bear Creek areas.
The districts are administered by District Administrator, Fred DeSanto and a staff of
14 Assistant District Administrators.
The districts along with PA D-17 and PA D-32 from the Greater Scranton Area
form Pennsylvania Section 5 Little League.
Section 5 is one of the 8 PA State Little League Sections.
Pennsylvania State Little League is a member of Mid-Atlantic division of Little League Eastern Region.
